IT之家 6 月 13 日消息，苹果刚刚在 WWDC25 发布的 iPadOS 26 带来了全新应用窗口、屏幕顶部下滑菜单栏等功能更新，从而让 iPad 向 Mac 的生产力体验进一步靠拢。
对于“为什么不让 iPad 直接运行 macOS”，苹果公司软件工程高级副总裁 Craig Federighi 在接受瑞士 Rafael Zeier 采访时进行了解释。
Federighi 表示，iPadOS 26 新增的类 Mac 功能是在“生产力拓展”与“触控设备的简洁性”间寻求平衡。IT之家翻译如下：
我们希望保留 iPad 的全部简洁性，同时让希望深入使用的用户能自主探索更多功能。若直接采用 macOS，会失去 iPad 作为‘终极触控设备’的核心特质。但两大平台可相互借鉴，我们也在将彼此的优势理念适配到对应系统中。We want to retain all the simplicity of the iPad, but still allow iPad users who want to go deeper and further to push it at their own pace to doing more,I think with macOS, you'd lose what makes iPad iPad, which is the ultimate touch device. But there are lots of things the two platforms can learn from one another, and that's where we've adapted our best ideas to each.
对于期待“iPad 与 Mac 深度融合”的用户，现有爆料显示苹果正推进多元设备研发 —— 从触屏 Mac 到 19 英寸折叠 iPad 均在规划中。这意味着“触屏设备运行 macOS”的愿景，或在数年内迎来突破可能。
